Submission Deadline
All pre-recorded video presentations and corresponding slides must be submitted no later than 27 August 2025. Please ensure timely submission to allow for technical checks and scheduling.
Presentation During Symposium
- Pre-recorded videos will be played during the symposium sessions.
- At least one author must be present online during the scheduled session to participate in the live Q&A immediately after the video playback.
- Each Q&A session will be moderated by the Session Chairperson and will last for 5 minutes.
Recording Guidelines
- The presentation can be recorded by the main presenter or any co-author.
- Please prepare a video that includes:
- A brief introduction (with webcam, optional).
- A voice-over presentation with slides.
- Only MP4 format is accepted. PowerPoint or PDF files alone will not be accepted.
- You may use any video conferencing or recording software (e.g., WebEx, Skype, Google Meet, Zoom, MS PowerPoint). Ensure the final video is of good quality.
- Recommended: Show your face with a webcam while presenting your slides.
Video Format Requirements
Duration: Maximum 10 minutes
File size: Up to 100 MB
Format: MP4 only
Resolution: Up to 720p HD
Bitrate: ≤ 1 Mbps (check under file properties → details → total bitrate)
Dimensions: Minimum height 480 pixels, aspect ratio 16:9
File naming convention: [Paper ID] – [Presenter Name].mp4. Example: A122 – Ali Ahmad.mp4
Each video must clearly include:
File size: Up to 100 MB
Format: MP4 only
Resolution: Up to 720p HD
Bitrate: ≤ 1 Mbps (check under file properties → details → total bitrate)
Dimensions: Minimum height 480 pixels, aspect ratio 16:9

Each video must clearly include:
- Paper ID
- Paper title
- Authors’ names
- “Presented at ProSES 2025”
Tips for Recording
- Record in a quiet environment with minimal echo.
- Use a small room with sound-dampening features (curtains, carpet, furniture).
- Preferably use a wired internet connection; if unavailable, ensure strong Wi-Fi.
- Use a good-quality headset with microphone close to your mouth (but notdirectly in front to avoid 'popping' sounds).
- Avoid using default built-in computer microphones.
- Make a test recording (2–3 minutes) to check video, sound, MP4 format, and bitrate before completing the full presentation.
