The 3rd ProSES Symposium took place on September 6, 2023, at AC Hotel by Marriott Kuantan. The event was officiated by Prof. Datin Ts. Dr. Mimi Sakinah Abdul Munaim, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the Centre for Industry and Community Network (PJIM).
This third edition of the symposium, organized by the ProSES Research Cluster under the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering Technology (FTKKP), was centered around the theme "Process Resilience Through Digitalisation." The primary objective was to bring together experts from various fields to exchange knowledge, discuss emerging trends, and address current challenges in chemical engineering. Additionally, the symposium served as a platform to foster research collaborations among participants with shared interests from around the world.
This year, the event received 50 submissions, including international participants, particularly from Indonesia and China. Notably, 28 research papers were successfully published in the AIP Conference Proceedings: 3rd ProSES Publication
